Elections

If you are applying for a hall government position, you must be aware of the following dates:

Friday, August 29th at 5:00 pm – Nominations for Hall Government Positions close and campaigning begins. If any campaign materials are deemed inappropriate by an RM, they are to be removed and will be reported to the RHD immediately.

Sunday, September 7 – All Campaign Materials MUST be taken down by 11:59 pm.

Tuesday, September 9 at 7:00 pm – Meet and Greet with the Hall Governments at the Green Quad Learning Center

Mandatory Training for ALL Hall Government Members 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Additional Mandatory training for Senators, Presidents and Treasurers 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

*If you are the president, senator or treasurer for your hall government, you are required to attend BOTH sessions on Sunday, September 14.

*If you are the vice president or secretary, you are required to attend the 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. session only.

Tuesday, September 16
7:00 pm 1st Senate Meeting of the 2008-2009 year *all senators and presidents must attend*

Welcome Back Residents!

Elections will take place on BLACKBOARD from 9:00 am on Thursday, September 4 until 11:59 pm on Friday, September 5.
